Notary fees

Notary fees, regulated uniformly and fairly by law

All notary fees are regulated uniformly throughout Germany by the Court and Notary Fees Act and are therefore the same for all notaries.

This system ensures transparency and fairness by aligning fees with the value of the transaction and thus the performance of the participants. Large transactions contribute to the financing of smaller transactions that do not cover costs, making the system particularly socially acceptable. This makes notarial services accessible to all.

In addition, the individual consultation and draft are already included in the notarization fee, so there are no additional costs.

If you have any questions about the costs involved, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
